Product Description
The central swivel joint consists of a swivel shaft, a swivel body, a bottom cover, and a sealing material. It is used in working conditions where the swivel mechanism including hydraulic, electrical circuits, and gas circuits needs to rotate 360 degrees. The central swivel joint can realize 360-degree rotation of hydraulic oil pipes, transmission wires, and gas lines without motion interference. It is widely used in the swivel mechanism of excavators, cranes, aerial work vehicles, rotary drilling rigs, graders, and other equipment.
Applications
This YHZ-8-4 8-channel rotary joint features spray painting anti-rust surface treatment, with a 6mm inner passage diameter, maximum working pressure of 25MPa and max flow rate up to 25L/min. It boasts ultra-low starting torque and rotational torque, supports a rotating speed of 15r/min, and can work steadily within a wide temperature range from -30℃ to 100℃. With standard M14×1.5 threaded oil ports and high anti-pollution grade suitable for regular hydraulic oil, this rotary union is widely matched with mini excavators, log grabbers and other construction machinery. It realizes 360-degree unrestricted rotation between the vehicle chassis and upper working platform without winding hydraulic pipelines, ensuring stable oil supply for walking, boom action and auxiliary hydraulic attachments. Adopting precise sealing structure to effectively prevent oil leakage under harsh construction environments, we also provide a 12-month warranty to fully guarantee product quality and after-sales service.
