The hydraulic cycloid motor is a small, low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor with an internal meshing cycloid gear. Its working principle is based on the special design of the cycloid gear, which enables it to generate a large torque at low speed. The cycloid motor is usually composed of a stator and a rotor. The stator is fixed and the rotor revolves around the center of the stator under the action of pressure oil, and drives the output through the spline shaft.
The working principle of the cycloid motor is based on the process of converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. The hydraulic oil enters the motor through the oil inlet line, pushing the rotor to revolve around the center of the stator, and outputs torque through the spline shaft. The rotation and revolution of the rotor causes the oil chamber to change continuously, thus achieving continuous rotation motion.
1,Small size and light weight: The outer dimensions of the cycloidal motor are smaller than other types of hydraulic motors with the same torque.
2,Wide speed range: The speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the minimum stable speed can reach 15 rpm.
3,Small rotational inertia: It is easy to start under load and can be used in both forward and reverse directions.
4,High efficiency: Due to reduced friction, it can produce stable output even at low speeds.
Orbital motors are widely used in situations where low speed and high torque are required, such as construction machinery, agricultural machinery, ship propulsion systems, etc. Due to their simple structure and easy maintenance, cycloid motors perform well in these fields.
