Applications

This YHZ-10-1 10-channel rotary joint adopts spray painting anti-rust treatment, with a 6mm inner diameter, maximum working pressure of 25MPa and maximum flow rate of 30L/min. It features low starting and rotating torque and supports a rotating speed up to 15r/min, stably operating within a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 100℃. Equipped with standard threaded oil ports for easy pipeline connection and high anti-pollution level compatible with common hydraulic oil for machinery, this rotary union is widely installed on mini excavators, log grapples, small rotary drilling rigs and other construction machinery. It connects multiple hydraulic oil circuits between the chassis and upper rotating platform to prevent pipeline tangling during 360-degree full rotation, ensuring continuous oil supply for boom, arm, bucket, traveling and auxiliary attachments. With reliable sealing performance and excellent leak resistance, it perfectly adapts to harsh open-air construction working conditions for long-term stable operation.

The central swivel joint consists of a swivel shaft, a swivel body, a bottom cover, and a sealing material. It is used in working conditions where the swivel mechanism including hydraulic, electrical circuits, and gas circuits needs to rotate 360 degrees. The central swivel joint can realize 360-degree rotation of hydraulic oil pipes, transmission wires, and gas lines without motion interference. It is widely used in the swivel mechanism of excavators, cranes, aerial work vehicles, rotary drilling rigs, graders, and other equipment.
