The YCBBC Series is a high-performance pilot-assisted, threaded cartridge counterbalance valve, also known as a motion control or over-center valve .It is specifically engineered to safely control overrunning loads (e.g., in crane lowering or excavator arm descent) in construction, lifting, and material handling equipment. As a core safety component, it ensures smooth, controlled, and secure operation of hydraulic actuators (cylinders, motors). Designed for the standard T-11A cavity, it offers easy installation and extensive customization in pressure settings, porting, and materials to meet the demanding requirements of global OEMs and the aftermarket.

3:1 Pilot Ratio: Allows the main spool to be opened efficiently with lower pilot pressure, enabling shock-free, precise control** of load descent and significantly improving operator feel.
Load-Adaptive Performance:The valve's cracking pressure is adjustable and should be set to at least 1.3 times the load pressure for optimal holding and controlled motion.
3. Flexible Customization & Global Compatibility:
Multiple Configurations: Offers various pressure ranges (e.g., 70-280 Bar / 1000-4000 psi), preset options, and internal leakage classes.
Material & Seal Options: Body material can be high-strength steel or 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Seals are available in Buna-N (NBR) to suit different fluid types and temperature ranges.
Global Porting Standards:Supports SAE, ISO (G), and NPT port threads, with other porting available upon request.
