Yikde Hydraulic Control Valve Hydraulic Lock with Double Pilot Operated
A hydraulic lock is a control element in a hydraulic system that is mainly used to lock the hydraulic circuit under specific conditions, preventing the flow of fluid to ensure that the actuators (e.g. cylinders) in the system remain in a specific position.
The hydraulic lock is used in the hydraulic systems such as the outrigger circuit of construction machinery and lifting machinery, the self-locking of the press and the locking of the support wall jack in the mine. In order to make the working mechanism stop at any position and not move under the influence of external load, the hydraulic lock is used to form the locking system.

A hydraulic lock usually consists of two hydraulically controlled check valves that can be interlocked to allow the cylinder to remain stationary in the absence of an external control signal.
When the system pressure is higher than the set value, the hydraulic lock opens, allowing the oil to flow and the actuator to move.
When the system pressure is lower than the set value or there is no control signal, the hydraulic lock closes, preventing the flow of oil and keeping the actuator stationary.
