The brake valve VBCD DE is installed at the outlet of the hydraulic cylinder. The valve is controlled by the supply line to the hydraulic cylinder. The opening of the valve depends on the control pressure and is inversely proportional to the external load. As a result, the speed at which the load is reduced remains approximately constant.
The valve core installed in the valve body is held in the "closed" position by a spring, and the force of the spring is changed by the adjusting screw. In order to ensure stable operation and eliminate valve core vibration, two adjustable flow valves with check valves are installed on the control pipeline to throttle the inlet and outlet flow of the working fluid respectively.
