Yikde Double Pilot Operated Hydraulic Valve Hydraulic Lock for Mini Excavator
The hydraulic lock is utilized in hydraulic systems, such as the outrigger circuit of construction machinery and lifting machinery, the self-locking of the press, and the support wall jack locking in the mine. It is employed to ensure that the working mechanism can stop at any position and remain stationary under the influence of external load by creating a locking system.

How Does It Work?
Hydraulic shutoffs generally operate with check valves or pilot operated valves. A simple check valve allows fluid to flow in one direction while blocking it in the opposite direction, ensuring that pressure is maintained in a given section of the hydraulic system. A pilot-operated check valve, on the other hand, incorporates an additional control feature that allows the valve to open under certain conditions, such as when pilot pressure is applied to release the interlock, providing greater operational versatility and control.
