Dual overcenter valves
Balancing valves are essential components in hydraulic systems, particularly in construction machinery and other equipment where loads are lowered by gravity. - Containment of pressure: These valves maintain the pressure at a set value and provide pressure relief during peaks caused by shocks or overloads, safeguarding the system.
- Flow arrest: They halt the flow (and the load) when the pump is inactive or the directional valve is in a neutral position, providing reliable stopping power.
- Free flow for load lifting: They allow free flow during load lifting with minimal pressure drops, enhancing operational efficiency.

- Check valve: Permits flow in a single direction, ensuring controlled and unidirectional movement.
- Pilot piston: Enables the gradual opening of the relief valve for precise control.
- Relief valve: Limits maximum pressure within the actuator, supports the load, and controls its descent through pilot signal activation, ensuring safe and stable operation.
