Hydraulic Valve Counterbalance Valve with 35L/Min
The operating principle of the counterbalance valve is based on the principle of hydraulic pressure balancing. As the load in the hydraulic system decreases, the hydraulic fluid enters the cylinder or actuator through the counterbalance valve, and simultaneously, the return oil is returned to the reservoir through the counterbalance valve. The counterbalance valve is designed to regulate the flow in the return line in response to changes in fluid flow and pressure, ensuring that the return back pressure remains in balance with the changing load.
Specifically, as the load begins to decrease, there is a corresponding increase in hydraulic flow and pressure within the system. This causes the counterbalance valve to detect the increase and automatically adjust the internal mechanical components, such as pistons or laminations, to alter the passage size to allow more fluid to pass through, thereby relieving the back pressure and ensuring that the load movement is properly supported and controlled.
In short, counterbalance valves are designed to adjust the size of the fluid passages to maintain the optimal back pressure required for reliable system operation and ensure consistent performance of mechanical equipment under load.
